The B family.....straight up fun.

The B family was the winner of my fourth o' July blog contest....yay!!!! So on a lovely Sunday night we had ourselves a good ole time. They live really close to me...almost neighbors, our kids go to the same school, and Kristen has done my kids hair......and my toes, in case you were wondering.

This session was shot at the home of Kristen's mom and dad. Good lord is it beautiful? Yes...actually it is. Such a great place to take pics.

So here is a little sneak peek at the session....a little teaser if you will. ;) And check out those baby blues on the little man.

How cute are they....seriously?



Okay...so who wants to meet John, Nancy, and Ginny? Trust me, you WANT to know this family. They are so great! I had so much fun shooting them. I first met this family through a mutual friend, and I'm so glad I did....I can't say enough good about them.

We did the shoot at their home in Indy, just hanging out in theirebeautifully landscaped yard. Shout out to Nancy y'all....that's her department.

And little Ginny....awwww, she is the sweetest! Such a pleasure to take pictures with that girl! Her personality certainly shines through on camera. And the whole time we were taking pictures Ginny was shouting "Cheese" over and over. Too cute!

Okay, so this may be the saddest excuse for a Fourth of July in a long time. Rain, rain go away!!!! And it's cold to boot!

We are a family.............and Miss G

Presenting Miss G!!! Isn't she beautiful?!? And let me tell you this little girl has the sweetest disposition. I had the great pleasure of photographing her at a graduation party of all things. She is such a doll....and so happy!

In honor of Father's day, and the fact that I will be spending a lot of time with extended family over the next couple of weeks, and the fact that summer is family time I'm having a special!!!!! I'm calling it the 'We are a family' special...lol.

Lil' Mama-to-be

Could this be any cuter? I don't think so. I got many, many, many belly shots of this little lady. And also some fun ones just for me...(what can I say, I'm a sucker for Converse tennis shoes).Such a sweet little mama. I can't wait to see her little one. She will be showing up in just a few weeks. I can't wait to hold little Miss L! I'm sure she'll be just as pretty as her mama....oh and grandmama too ;)

Cinquenta Fiesta...baby!

I had the great pleasure of shooting a surprise 50th birthday party over the weekend, for a beautiful lady. And in case you can't tell from the pics....50 is the new 30 ;). I had so much fun at this party!! Such a beautiful family and they know how to have a good time, let me tell you. Can you say mariachi band? I think I want one at my next party.....if only I could speak Spanish. And last but not least there was a unexpected, tearful homecoming for the birthday girl. What's sweeter than a mama and her son?
